Registration – Fees and Procedure
Registration can be made online at http://onlinestore.port.ac.uk . Further instructions will be provided to authors of accepted papers.
The following registration fees apply.

* Students wishing to benefit from this discounted fee must submit a letter from their supervisor or the secretary of their department/faculty, confirming their status as full-time students.
The registration fees cover: conference material and other administration/organizational costs, coffee/tea breaks, lunch breaks.
An additional fee of £50 is required from participants who wish to attend the Conference Dinner on Saturday 24th September.
Jointly authored papers should be submitted by the person who will present the paper. In case that more than one author of jointly authored papers will attend the Conference, each attending author needs to pay the registration fee.
At least one author of a paper being presented at the conference must have registered by 31 August 2016 for the paper to remain on the programme. Registrations are non-refundable after 31 August 2016. A refund of pre-paid fees will be made, excluding an administrative charge of £100, provided that a written request is submitted by 31 August 2016.
Accompanying persons are welcome to attend lunches, coffee breaks, and the Conference dinner. Information about the cost will be made available shortly.
